Q. May an order be placed without an account?
Setting up an account with Sweeter Than Sugar Cosmetics is beneficial to our clients for several reasons, however it is not necessary for purchase. Please move forward with guest checkout.

Q. How can I find out about restocks?
If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy on the discontinued merchandise. If it is a sold out item, notifications about the restock will be sent via email and/or SMS.

Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order?

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Prior to submitting your order please review your details to ensure they are correct. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout.

Q. What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation?

Order confirmations come immediately after placing your order. Typically if you have not received your order confirmation it may be in your junk/spam box or there is a typo in your email address. Please contact customer service.


Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender? 

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Sweeter Than Sugar Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sweeter Than Sugar Cosmetics may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.
