We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Prior to submitting your order please review your details to ensure they are correct. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout.
What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation?
Order confirmations come immediately after placing your order. Typically if you have not received your order confirmation it may be in your junk/spam box or there is a typo in your email address. Please contact customer service.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Sweeter Than Sugar Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
